Baldeep Singh Pooni teaches Ashtanga Yoga.

Typically teaching in The Traditional Mysore Style, but also teaching Ashtanga Vinyasa Flows, Sun Salutation Sequences, Hand & Arm balances. Also, teaching Workshops on various elements of the Yoga practice like strength and flexibility,  transitions, sequences, and Asana (posture) alignment.
